Thanks for purchasing our products at www.reclaimedwoodplanks.com operated by LSI Reclaimed Wood dba A&S Reclaimed Wood.

No orders will be eligible for a refund, once shipped from our shipping facility.

If you need to cancel or change an order, you must contact A&S Reclaimed Wood within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is accepted, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after the product has left our warehouse, you will not be eligible for a refund.
